Permit Pro USA was founded by Humberto Román after his experience working as a Development Coordinator for Dallas County, Texas, where he manages permits for unincorporated areas under county jurisdiction. During this work, Humberto identified a recurring problem: although permitting systems are modern and fully online, crucial information—such as building codes, requirements, and application processes—is scattered across multiple sources, making it difficult for applicants to find what they need.

Permit Pro USA will solve this problem by centralizing all essential permitting information in one accessible, user-friendly portal. The platform will be designed for individuals and businesses seeking permits for residential or commercial projects. More than just a database, Permit Pro USA integrates AI-powered consulting—through GPT—allowing users to ask specific permitting questions and receive clear, step-by-step guidance tailored to their project.

Our consultancy service provides clients with a customized PDF report outlining:

• The required permits for their project
• A timeline of the steps to follow
• Estimated costs
• Direct links to application portals
• Contact information for relevant agencies

This ensures that clients have everything they need in one place—saving time, avoiding unnecessary expenses, and preventing costly mistakes.

We are also developing a subscription model to make our services even more accessible:

• Per-Project Subscription: For individuals or businesses with a single project, offering a one-time consulting fee for that specific job.

Currently, Permit Pro USA serves clients in Dallas County and Tarrant County, operating entirely as a virtual service from Arlington, Texas, with plans to expand county by county across Texas, eventually covering the entire state and later, the United States.
